I have installed the theme on my local pc using wamp server loaded with wordpress to configure it. Google youtube to running wordpress thru wamp server & that should see you right. Unzip car-rental-theme-0.1.3 and copy car rental folder straight to C:/wamp/www/wp-content/themes folder & log into wordpress & you should see the car theme there.Have fun :)
